Each sash comes packaged with a silver pin

If your logo is longer than 15 characters, we will automatically make the font a little skinnier to accommodate for the extra characters!

Please allow 2 business days for your banner to be made. Once shipped, our standard shipping takes 5-7 days and our expedited shipping takes 2-3 days.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE: 

Our processing times are 1 - 3 days.  We ship most items First Class mail [transit times are approx. 2-6 days]. Shipping Upgrades are available at checkout.  

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY:

DO YOU DO RUSH ORDES:

Sometimes you just need an order rushed. Please just send us a an email prior to purchasing to ensure we can get your order out for you. We can typically get your order out in 24-48 hours.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED REQUESTS:

We can customize and personalize pretty much any of our hair tie collections, party favors. In fact, we love custom requests.  Send us an email with your custom request and we will get back to you ASAP. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
